Hey y’all! If you already follow me on instagram, then you have seen this house that my husband recently built. I’ve had a lot of questions about it, so I decided to do a blog to answer everyone’s questions. And before we proceed, my husband is not a custom home builder. He is a real estate developer and only builds spec homes on a few lots. So I am sorry to say from the beginning that he is not for hire for a custom home, however there are many wonderful custom builders in town!

Grant really does have the best taste of any straight man that I know. Haha sorry for that bit, but it’s true. That’s one of the things I love about him. He loves to dress nice and he has a really good sense of things that just go together. The homes that I have seen him build are absolutely beautiful, including our own that I will be sharing after the New Year! This house is going to be on the Parade of Homes in Austin’s Estates in Bryan, TX, and I believe it will be a show stopper. After seeing the house finished, I am calling its style “Modern Farmhouse meets Traditional Glam”. Grant took only a little bit of inspiration from our home, and the rest is all his new thoughts and ideas that came to life. I am so proud of how his project finished up! The fact that it’s totally pinterest worthy – I couldn’t wait to share with y’all on my blog! This home is actually for sale – here’s the listing.
